Our Services

In Student Services we have a range of specialist teams to enable you to make the most of your university experience.  Our services are also accessible throughout the summer, so there is always support available at the University of Worcester.

firstpoint

firstpoint is a helpdesk for current and prospective students at the University of Worcester. We are the front desk for Student Services but we can also answer questions on a variety of topics and signpost to other teams across the University.

Out of Hours Support

University of Worcester Security
Security staff can be contacted 24 hours a day, via main reception at the St John’s campus. Most of the security team are able to administer first aid and will contact other emergency services, if required.
