Booking a Disability Adviser Appointment

Our disability advisers provide advice and support on a range of areas including:

  • Adjustments and support.
  • Accommodation.
  • Assistive technology.
  • Disabled Students’ Allowances (DSAs).
  • Evidence e.g. diagnostic assessment reports, GP letters etc.
  • Liaison with academic departments.
  • Signposting to other support services.

EMAIL us at disability@worc.ac.uk (please email from your student email address, include your full name and state your student number) if your enquiry can be resolved by email. We aim to respond to all emails within 5 working days.

PHONE us on 01905 855531. If we are unable to take your call, please leave a message, clearly stating your name and student number. Include a short message about your enquiry and we will aim to respond within 5 working days. Please note, responses may be sent to your University email address and may not be a return call.

Phone messages that just request a call back, without providing any information about the purpose of the call, are given lowest priority.

We offer ONLINE appointments using Microsoft Teams.

Appointments last a maximum of 45 minutes.

We offer IN-PERSON appointments at firstpoint, Peirson Centre, St Johns Campus.
