Launderettes, equipped with washers and dryers are located at both St John’s and City Campus. You can use the machines 24-hours a day and current prices are available in the launderettes.
Washnet is an online laundry payment and monitoring system. It can be used via mobile and Web App which will help you complete your laundry process with minimal fuss.
Washnet has a cashless payment system that uses debit or credit payment cards, Google Pay and Apple Pay and, PayPal (for certain transactions).
How to use the facilities
- Visit Washnet online or download the app available on Apple App store and Android Google Play.
- Create an account
- Search ‘Worcester’ and select your location (City Campus, St John’s Halls or The Hines Building)
- From your account you are able to pay as you go, reserve a machine prior to going to the laundry, get notified when a machine becomes available and when your washing is about to finish. You can also receive notifications if there is a fault with your machine, including instructions if it is easy to fix.
- Washnet has accurate real time monitoring functionality 24/7, letting you know exactly what the status of your laundry is.
