Our Counselling and Mental Health Team provides a free service for all students who need specialist support whilst they are studying at the University of Worcester
In order to provide you with support that suits your individual needs, we ask that you book a STAR Appointment.
STAR appointments are available Monday to Friday between 9am and 4:30pm and can be held Online (Teams) or In Person.
During the 30-minute appointment, you can tell us a bit about what the current issue is, what you’d like to be different so that together, we can come up with a plan to resolve the pressing issues. Our team are all professionally trained and accredited, and work in safe, confidential offices.
To book an initial STAR (Support, Triage, Advice, Refer) appointment with a member of the Counselling and Mental Health Team you can use our self-service booking system.
