firstpoint is a helpdesk for current and prospective students at the University of Worcester. We are the front desk for Student Services but we can also answer questions on a variety of topics and signpost to other teams across the University.
We’re here to help, so that you can make the most of your time at university and develop to your full potential.

Helping You Access Specialist Support
The Student Services department is made up of specialist teams who are here to help you make the most of your time at university by providing advice, guidance, or extra support.
You can access these teams and advisers through firstpoint, who can assist you in arranging suitable appointments if appropriate, but if you know which team you want to speak with, you can also contact them directly.
