Health & Wellbeing

While at university there is a range of wellbeing support available, information below will help you find the best support for not just yourself but other students studying at Worcester.

Please remember, if you’re not sure what you’re looking for or don’t know where to start, come and ask us: we’re here to help. You can visit firstpoint, email firstpoint@worc.ac.uk or telephone us on 01905 542551.

If you are concerned about your friend, flatmate or someone on your course, then discuss your concerns with them and identify a way in which you are happy to support them. Most importantly, encourage them to access support via firstpoint.

Report a concern allows students, staff, visitors and employers the chance to report an incident wherever it has occurred, for example off campus, during placement and in the workplace.

Concerns of sexual misconduct, stalking, bullying, assault, hate crimes and issues in placement can all be reported via the portal.

Your safety and wellbeing are our top priorities. While Worcester is generally a welcoming city, it’s important to stay aware and know what to do in different situations—on campus, out in town, online, or at home.
