There may be occasions where you need access to important documents during your studies. These may not be related to your course, but will be helpful to prove your student status, or provide you with access to useful policies and procedures.

If you are taking a module which requires you to have a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check or need a replacement certificate for a course required DBS check, firstpoint can advise you on the application process. 


The University Student Records department can assist you in obtaining official documentation related to your studies, including your degree certificate and transcript, an interim transcript if you are still studying with us, or a range of replacement documents after you graduate.


Students should always have their ID card with them when they are on campus.  Your ID card will display the preferred known as name as you have entered it on SOLE.
