You can manage and access details across your student record when applicable, from updating your SOLE page to help via the Registry Services department teams.
Many of your personal details will be held on your SOLE page, and can be update directly or via our Student Records Office.
The Student Records Office maintains students’ personal and academic details and deals with all matters relating to student progression and your course registration.
Students should always have their ID card with them when they are on campus. You will be issued with a physical card, and can also use your virtual ID card during your course.
There may be occasions where you need access to important documents during your studies. These may not be related to your course, but will be helpful to prove your student status, or provide you with access to useful policies and procedures.
