If the first instalment of your Student Loan is delayed and this is causing financial hardship, you should contact firstpoint for help and advice as soon as possible.
firstpoint can then make you an appointment to see one of the University’s Money Advisers who can offer advice and liaise with Student Finance England or NHS Grants for you if necessary.
