Speak with a Student Life Adviser

Life as a student can sometimes feel overwhelming, whether you’re managing academic pressures, personal challenges, or changes in your wellbeing. Booking a one-to-one appointment with a Student Life Adviser gives you a safe, confidential space to talk about what’s on your mind – no matter how big or small.

Our advisers listen without judgement, help you explore your options, and work with you to find practical support tailored to your needs. Whether you need advice, emotional support, or guidance on next steps, we’re here to help you feel more in control and supported during your time at university.

What to Expect from your Appointment:

  • An initial 45-minute appointment to discuss your situation and what you’d like to happen next.
  • Your adviser will explain how we can support you and outline the options available.
  • If needed, we’ll refer you to other services and keep in touch to follow up.
