How does Wisdom work alongside University support?
The University of Worcester has partnered with Health Assured to provide Wisdom as an additional wellbeing resource for students and staff.
Wisdom gives you access to confidential support, self-help resources and wellbeing tools outside of university service hours.
Our firstpoint, Student Support and Wellbeing, Counselling and Mental Health, Disability and Dyslexia, Money Advice and other support services continue to provide specialist University support during opening hours (08:30 till 16:30, Monday to Friday).
You can use Wisdom alongside University support services depending on your needs.
What Wisdom isn’t designed for
Wisdom is not:
- An emergency service
- A replacement for University counselling or mental health support
- A substitute for medical treatment
- A crisis intervention service
- A way to contact University staff
